Fitness Tip - Less is still enough
When a dessert craving strikes, try combining a taste of something sweet with a healthier version of the item. For instance, instead of a bag of Peanut M&Ms, pair 1 peanut M&M with two regular peanuts at a time. Do this 1:2 ratio 5 or 6 times and see if you’re not satisfied. The same could be done with 1 dark chocolate covered almond paired with 2 plain almonds. You get the same flavor minus the extra calories.
Remember, it doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
