Fitness Tip - Don’t get stuck in Prime Time.
When you eat the same convenience foods over and over, you condition your palate to think they are really good. In fact, some foods are specifically formulated with the same fatty, salty, and sugary profiles so that you’ll crave them. Think of these foods as Prime Time TV. While it might be fun to watch for a while, it dumbs you down.
But what if you added cable or satellite with the “everything” package? You’d start discovering some a few shows that are actually enriching, edifying, and educational. There is a world of foods you have yet to discover because you’re stuck in “prime time.” Savory. Rich. Subtle. Robust. Spicy. Tangy. And once you start eating foods that truly satisfy on both levels, nutrient and flavor, you’ll be less likely to settle for the junk.
So change the channel and quit dumbing down your palate! You deserve better.
